Last updated: 29/10/2026

1. Scope, purpose and acceptance

These general terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Site by any user who is a natural person aged at least sixteen.

In particular, they define the conditions under which you may access and browse the Site. By browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms and accept them fully and without reservation.

WAFFLE reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. They will apply as soon as they are published online. We therefore invite you to read the Terms regularly.

This document constitutes the general terms of use (the “Terms”) of our website available at www.wafflefactory.com.

The Site is the property of WAFFLE FACTORY DEVELOPMENT. It is made available to you for information purposes.

2. Customer account

You may create a customer account or log in to it if you have already created one.

Your customer account allows you to:
- view and update your contact details;
- track your current orders and view the history of your recent orders;
- view the promotional offers available to you;
- set your preferences for advertising campaigns.

To create your customer account, you must complete a registration form with your details (title, last name, first name, postal and email address, telephone number, date of birth) and create your personal password. You will then receive an email confirming the creation of your customer account and summarising all your customer data.

By creating your customer account, you undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

Your login details (email address or customer number and password) are your sole responsibility. It is therefore up to you to keep this information confidential and to report any fraud or hacking to WAFFLE customer service as soon as possible.

To delete your customer account, please contact WAFFLE customer service. Please note that WAFFLE may also delete a customer account with no current order, in accordance with personal data regulations.

If you wish, you may also register on the Bloctel opt-out list for telephone marketing in France, in accordance with Article L223-2 of the French Consumer Code. Registration is done on the official Bloctel website: https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/.

3. Personal data

Personal data collected on the Site will be processed electronically. Please refer to the “Privacy policy” section of the Site for full information on this subject.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trade marks or patents. Likewise, the trade marks, logos, designs and models on the Site are the exclusive property of WAFFLE. Their disclosure may in no way be interpreted as granting any licence or right to use these trade marks and distinctive elements protected by copyright. They may therefore not be used without committing an infringement.

Accordingly, no document from the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way whatsoever.

Any hyperlink to the Site using framing or in-line linking techniques is strictly prohibited. In all cases, any link must be removed upon WAFFLE’s request.

5. AI-assisted content and chatbot

Some content published on the Site (images, videos) may have been generated or edited using artificial intelligence.

The Site provides an automated conversational agent based on generative AI, designed to answer your questions using the knowledge available on the Site.

You are interacting with an automated system, not a human, unless you are expressly offered a transfer to an adviser.

The chatbot’s answers are provided for information purposes and may be incomplete, inaccurate or fail to take your particular situation into account. For any decisive information or important decision, please write to [email protected].

Please note that the chatbot cannot carry out specific actions. Do not share passwords, sensitive data or personal data about third parties with the chatbot. Information on how conversations are processed and stored can be found in our privacy policy.

6. Liability

WAFFLE undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of the Site, but cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

7. Applicable law and disputes

The Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be that of the defendant’s place of residence.

The Site complies with Belgian law, and WAFFLE gives no guarantee of compliance with any local legislation that may apply to you if you access the Site from other countries.
